☕ Coffee Brewer Application
The patented design combines the brewing advantages of Pour-Over (hand filter) and French Press. It preserves the natural oils and multifaceted aromas of our high-quality, hand-roasted Single-Origin Specialty Coffee (20-22g per bag).
- Open: Tear open the top seal strip cleanly, open the integrated Ziploc fastener, and fully expand the stand-up bottom.
- Pour: Pour approx. 400ml of hot water (ideally 92–96°C) directly into the bag over the coffee filter.
- Steep: Seal the Ziploc fastener tightly again. Let the coffee extract for 4 to 6 minutes, depending on the desired strength.
- Serve: Open the integrated pouring spout and pour the freshly brewed coffee directly into the cup.
🍃 Tea Brewer Application
The Brew Blend Tea Brewers allow for optimal circulation of whole tea leaves for controlled and maximum release of active ingredients due to their generous bag volume.
- Prepare: Open the tea bag at the top and expand the stand-up bottom for stable support. The innovative filter is already firmly integrated.
- Brew: Pour in hot water. (Recommendation – herbal tea & rooibos: 100°C; premium green tea: 70–80°C).
- Extract: Let the tea steep gently for 3 to 7 minutes, depending on the variety.
- Patented Stop Technology: As soon as the water level drops below the filter line when pouring, the steeping process stops automatically – no more bitterness!
- Multiple Infusions: Our exquisite whole-leaf teas are extremely economical and perfect for up to 3 infusions per bag.

Our outer stand-up pouch is made entirely from FSC-certified kraft paper. It drastically reduces the proportion of necessary composite plastics and conserves valuable resources.

Inside the bag, a highly specialized, BPA-free (Bisphenol-A-free) protective layer shields the complex aroma profile of coffee and tea. This food-safe barrier has been tested according to the strictest European criteria for heat resistance, taste neutrality, and migration behavior. It acts as a highly effective shield against moisture and oxygen and preserves essential oils – completely aluminum-free and without health-hazardous plasticizers.

This means that we transparently record the entire CO2 footprint, from raw material cultivation and brewer production to logistics, and offset it through verified Gold Standard climate protection projects. In addition, in close partnership with the Plastic Bank, we finance the targeted cleaning of marine ecosystems: for every bag sold, the corresponding amount of plastic waste is collected before it enters the oceans.
